This is a 6 year old, warm, spacious home in a relaxed neighbourhood and we are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, clean, study conscious flat.
There is two heat pumps and a large modern kitchen, with a brand new oven. We have two large living areas downstairs, one is used as a study spaceand you are welcome to put your desk there.
The room available and its large double wardrobe and it comes unfurnished. This room gets a lot of morning sun.
The rent includes unlimited internet. The power bill is paid by the rent of our downstairs flatmate (by his weekly rent amount) and we have not had to pay a power bill this year yet, but in the case of us having to pay some extra, the power bill will be split equally.
There are currently three males and two females in the flat. There is a master bedroom which the head tenants (couple) have, with their own bathroom and the other three upstairs bedrooms are large, and one of our flat mates lives downstairs in another bedroom - which has a bathroom next to it. This means that you will be sharing a bathroom with two other people upstairs.
We are available to show you around the flat from the 30th June onwards and we would like to fill the room as soon as possible, so please enquire. Total move in costs would be $300 bond, $50 which goes into a power account as a buffer, $30 to go into a split cleaning account and $124 week in advance. Therefore, total move in costs, including your first week of rent would be $628.

The flat is walking distance to uni and it is close to the CBD.
