We want a down to earth flat mate to live with us until the end of the year.We have a cosy home that is fully furnished, along with a crazy cat called Zephyr and an awesome vege garden (well in the summer).Rent includes sky and unlimited internet.Power and food is excluded.Power bill will be split evenly at the end of each month.There is an off road carpark for you.We are both full time workers and would prefer that you're either working or studying full time.We are pretty casual with the move in move out dates.We look forward to hearing from you :)
