6 bedroom flat in Hillcrest area, 5 min drive/bike 10 min walk from uni campus. Reasonable yard with spa pool. I lived in this flat last year but with 5 guys and it was just too much to handle. Prefer at least 2 more female tenants to have a bit of balance in the place.Prefer Tidy, responsible, reliable, easygoing. Ideally lived away from home before and knows somewhat about how a clean household is run. Drinking/smoking is ok. Able to cook is a bonus, as i would like to have everyone do one dinner meal a week.
